Tickets never delivered

Bought 3 tickets to a local concert. Event Tickets steered us to costlier tickets and piled on extra charges. Tickets were never delivered so the venue would accept. Besides, all tickets were general admission despite tickets having a bogus seat assignment. Customer service never answered phone. Every thing they could have done wrong they did.
