This is a complete scam!!

This is a joke! i received something the size of a doormat! Cotton that pulls apart exactly like cotton balls from the drugstore! An absolute joke!!! No way that this covers you up! Likely this is worth about $1.00. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t. Also wouldn’t answer emails. Took six weeks. I am going to prevail on Amex not pay them.
