This Company Continually Rips Off Its Customers

Let's see. They instituted a rate increase in November of 2018. When questioned of the reason for the increase, there was no REAL reason offered other than "It's just our 'NORMAL' annual increase." January 2019 they send out "Important Channel Updates" to their customers via U.S. Mail. All this "update" announced is that a previously included movie channel would NO LONGER BE INCLUDED. When questioned if a rate adjustment was going to be applied to everyone's fees to reflect THIS DEGRADATION IN SERVICE they said that NO adjustments were going to be made to anyone's monthly charges. It is absolutely LAUGHABLE that their sweetheart "update" letter announcing the channel OMISSION starts out by saying "At Spectrum, it is our continuing goal to bring you the best TV service at the best price." What kind of moronic idiot composed such a statement when *** the letter is really saying bend over Mr. Customer, we're gonna screw you some more! An unjustified rate increase in November followed two months later by a degradation in service without any rate adjustment to reflect that degradation proves only one thing; They care NOT about their customers..ONLY THEIR BOTTOM LINE. IT'S TIME TO CUT THE CORD FOLKS!!! Let this company drown and fail due to its CORPORATE GREED. They deserve it!!!
