i ordered a large size hat on 12/3/2017, I received size small. I contacted them and they gave me the information to send the hat back, but that I would have to pay return shipping and to have it reshipped, even though the error is not mine. I contacted them again in January, they acknowledged that they have not yet received the hat but that since it was taking so long, they agreed to pay to ship it to me and they would be in touch. It is now 3/26/2018 and i still have not heard anything from them and they are no longer answering my calls. I want a refund immediately and want to know how to proceed. I would not recommend this company to anybody for anything.
