I placed an online order for supplies on cricut.com. One item came broken in half and I was missing 5 items. I called customer service and spoke with Sally. She assured me that they would send me replacements. That was almost 3 months ago and NOTHING!! I filed a complaint with BBB and my issue is still not resolved. BBB closed my case because Cricut would not respond when I declined their response for the 3rd time. Stay far away from this company!
