They profile people
I've contacted them several times regarding the issue. Every time I attempt to participate in a survey sent via my email subscription (I receive surveys every day), I get the message that I'm not eligible for the survey and I should join the women only pink panel which I can change in my personal profile settings. I'm a woman and every survey asks if I'm a male or female and they are always Womens surveys. Only once have I received a response to my complaints I've emailed, and their response was telling me that I won't receive money for my involvement. That wasn't even my question/issue and I only received one response from their team. I'm still unable to participate and now they have my personal information including my address and I cannot use their services. Very uncomfortable.
