THEY JUST CANCELLED 3 DAYS B4 EVENT

I ordered a character for my grandson's 4th birthday over a month ago. Now, here we are, three days before the event and I just got a phone call that they have to cancel. Communication from this company is substandard and I would never advise anyone using their services.
