They didn’t deliver

I paid for a couch in full of 1300 dollar and paid the 129 delivery fee and now two days later they aren't delivering my couch and are shutting there doors down and won't answer there phone to give me a refund and I feel I can't get my refund back yet and havent even received my couch User's recommendation: Do not shop here.
