They are refusing to refund my money

I ordered an item to remove UV Gel from my nails during the Covid-19 Pandemic because my nail salon was closed. For over a month I waited for this purchase and never received it. By now I have filed or picked off all the gel myself so I no longer need the item and I asked for a refund. They offered me only a replacement but I have no use for it now because it took so long. Then they tried to tell me I can't have my money back but they'll give me a credit for more than my purchase so I would shop with them again but I refuse to buy from them again. I have COUNTLESS emails between myself and their customer service with no resolution. Now they're telling me that per their tracking system, the package was delivered, which it was NOT, and that I have to take it up with the mailman. On top of it all, their website says you can contact them anytime but their entire automated system when you try to call them at 302-703-**** is geared to tell you to email them, which is absolutely no help. You can't get a live person on the phone no matter which option you choose on their automated phone system. It's crazy. I can not believe that this is how they do business and I intend to make sure every single person I know is aware of this nonsense and never shops with them. So disappointing. Horrible, horrible customer service!!! User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE - THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
