Credo Mobile is a company of hypocrits. Public face says they support a living minimum wage. They also publicly fought for severance for all the employees laid off by Toys R Us. They do huge donations to causes. That's what they put out there. Behind the scenes, they broke a contract with a call center that was meeting all contract goals, they'd rather pay millions for contract termination to move to a cheap call center elsewhere, in a state with a lower minimum wage. They also didn't offer severance to all the people they laid off with this move. Oh, and those donations? 1% of their profits. Yet they cannot offer an old lady who's been in the hospital a 2 day extension on her due date before shutting off her service. This company is hypocritical and cares nothing for it's members. Once you're in that contract, screw you, you're just a number with a $ in front. I should know, I tried to get that lady the extension and was told no, before they laid me off. Also, when you read all the issues people have had with customer service.. it's because they give their reps zero power. Even if we care, we can't help, our hands are tied. Also, they regularly terminate well trained employees and bring in hoards of newbies, because they think somehow it's our fault their ratings suck and people leave in droves. Oh, and if you're thinking of joining because you don't like corporate giants like Verizon? They are on the Verizon network now, so your money is still going there. Customer service reps are not allowed to say Verizon's name, even if you ask directly. Big cover up. ***
