As of January 2020. Alcatel Android Cell Phone is not taking charge, when charging. I spoke to customer service by chat. We Trouble Shoot the problem. No Problem with the battery, no problem with the charger that came with the Alcatel Android Cellphone, no damage with the Phone. What I discover is that SafeLink is playing games with the phone when charging. SafeLink is actually behind the scene giving the phone commands on the charging situation. The phone is place on a charging limit by command!!!!
