Extra fee

We are pay for the Mantenance Fee already ,this should cover the security ,clearing deris .Therefore why do Smas have to ask us to pay $50 RM .Moreover I hear that one of the owner actually complian that the developer contractor workers *** in their toilet ,if u say this fee is for security then why is...
