The Product not working as per description

Respected Sir/Madam, I made a purchase of Apeaksoft WhatsApp Transfer for Macbook(Lifetime Edition ) on 12th September 2021 (Order No. 28691032). I am not happy with the product , as all the files in whatsapp are transferred in jumbled order without name . Almost 900 pdfs and word documents are transferred and now its very difficult to sort them out without filename . I have attached pic of output files below.All the filenames are changed . The purpose is not solved . Overall not satisfied . Kindly refund the money . Please do the needful . 1. Order No. 28691032 2. Date 12th September 2021 3.
