The phone service
My bill is past due because I don't have hours to sit on the phone waiting to speak to customer service. I've called several numbers. My account is locked. When I pay you all I'm done. I only order water when I need it I think that's the problem. I'm so tired of your voice messages. I can not log on to my account for whatever reason and no one I mean no one answers the phone in chicago. To get this last order I spoke with someone out of town who took my order. I want to pay you but can't reach anyone. When I was paying for years through my bank you changed your name without informing me. My bank and I went back and forth with ds water for weeks before I could get you paid. Customer care sucks. If I could get into my account I could pay. I don't even know why I'm locked out and no longer care, I just want to be done with DS!
