The person that answered the phone didn’t listen to me

I have an open case with GM Ive had it open for two weeks now its been escalated to level two. I was unable to get any help or anything resolved so I asked to speak to a manager I had the manager call me. When she did I was at work and unable to answer the phone. The manager did not leave a voice mail and I had to call back just to get no answer and was told I have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear anything back
