So, I tried and tried to find something to criticize. I got nothing. Instead, we discovered a well structured organization whose purpose is to educate and support the success of the new entrepreneurs. My husband and I attended the evening meeting in the Denver, CO area which was designed to give an introduction to real estate investing. We then registered for the three day Denver meeting. The amount of information shared was intense, but delivered in an understandable way. The trainers were more than willing to answer individual questions. I actually found a property and our trainer helped me evaluate it there on the spot based on what we were being taught. We left the three day knowing we could do this. We signed up for the Bus Tour and immediately were given access to the coach line and a national network. We were also given homework and webinars and tutorials to support us until the Bus Tour. The four day Bus Tour in Irvine California was more classroom, but included visiting homes and onsite evaluations with seasoned real estate investor/trainers. Some days went from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Nick Vertucci and the trainers were generous with their time and knowledge, including legal and tax authorities giving advice on structuring our business. Now we are looking forward to Field Training. A trainer comes and works with us in our home market, but along with that we have seasoned phone mentors supporting us whenever we have a question. Is this costly? That depends on your perspective. What did it cost me to become a teacher in both time and dollars? What does it cost for start up of a small business? We have been EDUCATED and SUPPORTED by highly knowledgeable and successful people in a very TIMELY manner. This investment is in ourselves, with tons and tons of continued organizational support from quality people. We have no regrets-we believe in what we can do with all that we've received.
