The most frustrating experience

Had this happen twice. Called on Monday and was told I’ll get a phone call in 24 hours. Kept getting random phone calls since my order was open and they told me I have to wait for one person that makes appointments. Guess what? It’s Friday, one week since I called and no call back. Twice this happen. I wouldn’t trust them for anything
