The cooler broke inside of 3 months

Customer service took days (approximately 8 hours total on hold) to get through to. After we did, they sent us the part with no instruction on how to install. We'll need to call again (another 8 hour hold experience?) I didn't realize that we are responsible for all shipping (of old parts) despite the fact that the problem is due to a computer defect. I won't be buying from them again. User's recommendation: buy elsewhere.
