Item ordered 7-3-2020. I only live 25 miles away. Order sent to Kansas City, and disappears. No way to contact them other than waiting 20 minutes on the phone for them to tell me it's in Kansas City and on the way. This call was made on 7-13-20. Jerk customer service agent says it takes a week and a half to receive orders. Really, shows shipped on 7-2-20.. Still no order and no one to help. Find someone else to order your parts from these people are stupid. No way to email, only call. Part could have been purchased locally for less from O'Reilly Auto parts. User's recommendation: Don't buy, let the jerks starve to death.
