The only reason we went with this company is because our previous broker, Larry Montani left Advisors Mortgage Group to come to this company. When Larry was with advisors, he got things done and was a pleasure to deal with. Now that he’s with CrossCountry (which seems to be full of incompetent employees) he’ll never have my business and never get a positive recommendation from me again. His team missed our closing date with over a months notice and I now had to schedule times for Larry to call me when I had questions. It seems with his higher volume, he has less time for customer service. His closing team didn’t factor in the taxes on new construction and only on the previous tear down house which meant I was given a tax sale notice because the correct taxes hadn’t been paid. These are just a couple details that I wanted to share. Needless to say, I’ll never use Larry or CrossCountry again.
