Terrible Customr Service

I recently moved out of the area and switched over to another cable carrier. I handed in my equipment and was told my last bill will be mailed to my new address. I No bill ever arrives but 6 weeks later they call my cell to tell me In in collections for non payment. But the women calling couldn’t help me understand while the bill was so high. So, I call Customr Service and it goes south from there. Nasty customer service folks who couldn’t even find my equipment paperwork. Then I request a call back from a supervisor. They don’t call which has me call a week later. Again met with a nasty and condensing Customer Service Representative who tells me it’s policy that I have to pay the full billing cycle even though I HAVE NO EQUIPMENT since I turned it in. I ask again for a supervisor and the. Ask for the VPs name and he wouldn’t tell me. I explained that I was just going to google it. He told me to “Google Away”. Finally, a call from Pam from corporate and again she tells me that it’s Policy to charge customers for service for a full month. I asked her if she would pay a bill from the doctor if she didn’t receive any services. And she told me that she was sorry but she wasn’t going to move on this. Because it’s policy! I will never go back to this company even though I can at any time. I was a customer for 32 years and each step of the way they didn’t handle any of my situation right. Think before you choose this company. They are not pro customer.
