I was on hold for 55 minutes, the agent never camae back to help me

No signal. No service.

It’s been 3 1/2 weeks so far. Hard to get an agent on the phone. When you do they are not helpful at best or liars. I have had 4 technicians visit. All say there is no signal at the pole or into the house. All are diagnostic techs. Apparently th he company employs no REPAIR techs.... Read more➤
