Terrible customer service- can not reach anyone that you have talked to before I have tried to get prescription filled for 3 months they call every day never know anything said to me with person

Before. Have been on the phone every weekday with them. I dont know what to do. They have even done this to my Doctors office nurse. But we both have letters that says you are approved. I guess i need to go to medical board . I need this prescription to breathe. Not only for asthma but allergic dermatitis. User's recommendation: Try another speciality pharmacy that will help with medicare Good Luck.
