Terrible Awful Worst Experience Ever

We had a terrible hail storm on May 5, 2019. It is now August 10, 2019 and I have yet to receive any of my insurance money. Countless phone calls, rude and condescending customer service reps, dozens of extra info, faxes, more documentation than anyone could ever need. I am exhausted!! Worst customer service I have EVER encountered in any situation in all of my 46 years of being alive. Shame on you Flagstar
