Superior Propane bought out Canwest Propane, Edmonton AVOID SUPERIOR

I was a Canwest customer with good service for about 5 years. I received a letter in the mail that Canwest Propane was bought out by Superior Propane late in the summer 2018, and since we have a Canwest tank and our tank is a rental and paid yearly, we remained with the new company who now owns the tank, thinking we would get the same service, and boy was I shocked a month in to this new company. September 2018 I ordered propane using their online order form. I then contacted them by phone and it was set up for a delivery. I assumed it was delivered and a couple weeks later at 10 oclock at night during a cold spell, we ran out of propane. Called them that night and was told we would be charged for the delivery extra, so we went through the night at 53 degrees trying to keep warm with a little portable heater. Called them again in the morning and got all the apologies and they would take off 100.00 off of our bill, which to this day I am still waiting for the 100.00 to come off my bill. Woman said it would not show on the bill, but it will be done when processed on our credit card. I did an order again and got an email saying it would be delivered on or before Nov.20 2018. I called on Nov 17th and told them we were down to 10 percent and would not last till the 20th. They said 10 percent will last a week and for them to come out, I will be charged a fee. I told the gal that the extra fee would not happen. She guaranteed it would last a week. I told her that I hope she is right, and she would put a request for delivery to happen on Monday the 18th, it never happened. Sometime through out the night of the 19th, our fridge stopped working as its on propane and I had to throw our food out this morning. Propane arrived on Nov 20/ 18 at 10:34am. it was filled 362.2 liters. So in other words, EMPTY. Thanks Superior, your customer service sucks. As soon as we can get rid of you, will be the day my blood pressure goes down. You're damaging to peoples health with the stress you cause. I will be phoning as soon as I calm some what down. Your office staff is pathetic. I sure feel sorry for your drivers. I honestly can not say one good thing about Superior Propane, because they have yet to do one thing right since the very first time we requested a fill up.
