subscription charged to incorrect account

I have sent numerous requests for contact. The Pro Subscription was charged to an expired credit card for the previous owner of the motel. Credit expired 02/18 Trivago charged the credit card 29/08/18 and therefore we are seeking a full refund immediately. I think that service and back up is extremely poor and Trivago are extremely hard to contact. I can not seem to delete the previous owners credit card details without providing another credit card and the new owners (as from 31 March 2018)would like to cancel the Pro Subscription immediately.
