Stupidity of Tracfone repeated & unnecessary text/email “reminders”

Again, this month, I got a text saying monthly payment was nearly due, THEN a text reminding that auto payment was about due, AND an email that payment would happen, AND THEN a text that it had happened. TODAY I got text thanking me for "recent transaction"! Had to call Customer Service because there WAS NO RECENT TRANSACTION! Had to apologize, repeatedly, to Representative Lynette, for the tone and loudness I used trying to express the STUPIDITY and aggravation of something that was supposed to be AUTOMATIC! Are you really technology sound? Does "automatic" mean anything close to not being necessary to repeatedly bringing it up? It does NOT inspire confidence! Notice the ALL CAPS? I am so close to bagging this "relationship" with Tracfone because it is too dumb to be trusted. Have a nice day. User's recommendation: Too annoyed to make suggestion.
