We went to the Kromboom Road branch in Cape Town. To say the food was inferior is an understatement, it was so bad my dog wouldn't eat it. The chicken was mushy, with a brownish flesh, tasteless. It was fried or cooked with old oil flavor not even edible, it was nauseating. The chips oh my word, it doesn't even deserve a mention, it was probably fried re-warmed a few times. It was dark brown, dry to a point you choked on it, only good to throw in the trash. I do not want vouchers, a new order... No... I want to make people aware not to buy from Kentucky Kromboom Road, they don't know the 1st thing about quality food & service.
