I have called the customer service number perhaps 5 times and have yet to talk with a customer service person about my warranty problem. The door will not close properly forcing me to slam it and yank very hard to open it. It is a simple warranty fix, but no one calls me back. I do not understand why a company that touts their quality and their service fails to contact me about a simple warranty matter. TUFF SHED fails to live up to its warranty.
