I contacted Werner via phone and told him of my idea of a 3 section extension ladder instead of two section they said they weren't interested it sounded too much like a gorilla ladder I told me I had nothing to do with locking parts that was just three sections instead of two three 10-foot sections that would go up to 27 ft 2 years later they came out with three sections 9 ft each that went 24ft they stole my idea never gave me compensation they are without morals. When I contacted them after that and left emails and phone messages they never got back to me they are unethical in their business and practices. When you submit an idea to their company they give you no receipt of that idea so as there is no Trace of that submission that you made other than another computer they are thieves unethical and immoral at best criminal at worst
