Still have not received the AC as of 7/10 and would like to know when I will receive it or how do I get a refund???

I ordered a blast AC on 6/7 along with an AC filter. I received the filter but I still haven't received the AC. When will I receive it? User's recommendation: To date I would not recommend favorably.
