Stay AWAY !!! They don’t service you after they get your money!!!

Bought their True Image product over their site. Download and product key was provide. After multiple attempts, the keys they provided would not allow the Disk Clone feature I needed. They insisted I had not paid foe the product in spite of providing the PayPal transaction #. I demanded a refund and they replied that refunds were not policy; I should use the product until it expired!
