This store is poor, I ordered a pair of boots December 24th and it said they were in stock, the a couple days later I get an email saying they were out of stock and would ship directly from the manufacturer on 1/07/11, then on then on 1/07/11 I get an email saying they were out of stock and would ship on 1/20/11 ship directly from the manufacturer, on 1/20/11 I get an email saying they were still out of stock and would ship directly from the manufacturer on 01/27/11, so i check Sheplers website and on their site it says they are in, so I write Sheplers and get some lame excuse that it's not their fault because they are shipping directly from the manufacturer So i guess what happens rather then fulfilling existing orders they restock their own stock first and big deal they offered me a 10% discount on a future order after the boots ship, which don't help me any because I will never order from them again. Stay away from this company like it's the plague, unless you like poor service.
