I ordered flowers for my girlfreind on Valentines day and they never delivered the flowers. I had to call 6 times and finally spoke to a customer service rep. and she stated that they never assigned the order to a florist in my neighborhood and couldn't give me a reason why. It would of been nice if Telaflora would of emailed me that they couldn't get the delivery out on Valintines day. This company is the worst in customer service and I will never ever order anything from them. After reading all there bad reviews I cant understand how they are still in business.
