Update by user Jun 13, 2020 My father has passed since my last review. Advantage care network including this specific location still does not have handicap accessible anything. Advantage care called to schedule an appointment a week after my father passed on 1/24. Still pieces of unprofessional, still lacking real care for members of the community. This is only the top of the iceberg, we won't get into the lies they told about ordering a wheelchair that we never received. Original review posted by user Dec 13, 2019 My father has stage 4 cancer and his primary care physician and oncologist are slow with filling his prescriptions and giving concrete information about his care and services that are available to him. My father has difficulties walking he is almost immobile when I asked his oncologist Efat Azzizi if there were other options for his chemotherapy so that he did not have to be transported to and from the advantage Care facility she says no. All other inquiries about services that would help make things easier for us seem to be falling on deaf ears they are aware of my father's condition they also know my mother uses oxygen and it seems like they don't care. The whole entire advantagecare physicians Network seems to be a piece of *** they don't care about the patients they care about the money most importantly the advantage care physician locations on Hillside boulevard and metropolitan avenue do not have handicap accessible doors so it is difficult to get my father who is a mobile inside of the building. When I asked if someone could come outside to help my mother again who is on oxygen to bring him inside they said no their staff does not do that then they will look at us while we are struggling for 15 to 20 minutes to try to get him into the wheelchair and then opened the door to get him to the facility this is unacceptable.
