Mortgage/Bond was under my late husband,after submission of death certificate and relevant docs Standard bank claims we had no insurance however they fail to provide original contract after several attempts from my side, Now they have auctioned my house with no communication from them for close to 5 years,I never signed for summons,the notice on auction was thrown into the yard,Roodeport Sherif refuses to speak to us about this matter
