Poor service and troubleshooting.

It's been a while, but I decided to write this article, because this situation was unfortunately not the first, but I think the last one, because my family and I will not buy anything in this store anymore! I ordered a meat mincer through the rd website and the next day I was able to get it at the store at 28 Saules Street. I left after it, I was kindly served by their employee, but she did not open and inspect the car on the spot, but told us that we can check it at home and if what, then within 14 days to come and exchange. We asked to call the elder, at first no one came out, when we asked a second time, another employee came and said that it is a mandatory procedure and that it is not their duty to check the equipment they sell. Nothing to do, we had to wait for an answer from the service, two weeks later we came into the store, asked about the car, the same seller went somewhere and when he came, he asked for money or a change, we asked for money, no one even called us from the service.
