False product information

I ordered a Master Coffee Mc4696. I made an order by phone on 6.04.19, promised that I would be able to pick up a coffee machine at the online store branch on 9.04.19, but the machine was only available on 10.04.19, which ruined all our plans. The online store stated that you can use both capsules and ground coffee (that's why we choose this coffee machine!), But in fact the capsules are not suitable for this coffee machine (now the information on the website has been corrected that the coffee machine only works with ground coffee!)! If we knew that this coffee machine was only for ground coffee, then we would definitely choose another coffee machine! There is also information on the website that the coffee machine makes 2 coffee mugs at the same time, but in reality it is not, because only 1 cup of coffee can be made at a time (the other has no place at all!) for that amount of money we received a completely different product than what we expected! Of course, it is no longer possible to return the product because it has been used, but how else can we know that the capsules are not suitable for this coffee machine if you do not open the coffee machine and try it?! In any case - the coffee machine is very good, but does not meet our needs! Definitely I won't choose to buy anything from this online store next time! First experience and bad.
