I have viewed on two separate occasions (today at approximately 12:20 pm. date 5/20/2020) the driver when exiting the one lane subdivision is moving dangerously fast when coming over the hill by my home. There is a 'pull over' space at the top of each hill for people to pull over if someone is coming. The particular driver may not have any wheels touching the ground when he comes over this hill by my house. If he ever meets a car travelling west on this lane as he is travelling east, there is going to be an accident, probably very bad accident for whoever is travelling west. User's recommendation: Drive 20 - 25 MPH or someone is going to get injured.
