Attitude towards the customer

I would like to share the Raiser event. I left to adjust the alignment and change the oil for the car. I receive a call or I know that my car has a dead battery and the car can no longer be started. I went after the service after the car. I asked if anyone would work because I came with a walking car. Get an answer (let's try). I got the key to my car at the car, which was simply told to go outside and find it myself. Going through the search I went through the car service premises, and the staff just stood cross-legged in the chairs doing nothing, I asked where to look for the car the respondent (There somewhere, hand in hand) . In the end, one Raiser employee came to the car and tried to do something with his machine, but nothing happened. He wrapped up that he couldn't do anything and was left alone with his car. I said I have wires so I can "inflate" the machine, he got something leaked and left.. I waited at my machine for a mistake for 20 min, no one so. did not come.... I could not wait, I asked the man next to the following car or he could at least help me. It's no coincidence that for me pregnant, expecting a baby, not even anyone can start a car, knowing that it can be done. I'm shocked by the attitude of someone getting a Raiser car service today.
