Some things are too good to be true. Altice Mobile is one of them.
The coverage is like going back to the 1980s (Yes, I am that old!) Don't waste your time and money. I gave it a couple of weeks, but, after not being able to call Europe, which I need to do every day, and is the reason I signed up, I am giving up. Now they are hassling me with getting ported out, so that I can go back to my previous provider. "We have no idea how long it will take for your request to port your number back will take, sir" In other words, "Explicative you, sir." The tech support is basically nonexistent. They don't even have a phone number. Plus, my poor phone is constantly trying to figure out if it should use the Verizon or ATT tower so there are dead zones everywhere. Things that always worked with T-mobile just don't work, like receiving calls with apps. My suggestion is to cut out a few lattes at Starbucks to save some money but stick with a REAL cellular provider. Good luck!
