Still getting the runaround and not able to close out account tried four times this morning, keep getting information from customer service that doesnt work when trying to close out account

I was a customer of Checksmart for a couple years. Checksmart told me that they were switching me to Crestline. Checksmart did not tell me that I was buying a line of credit with Crestline and had to pay a monthly fee. I did not need a line of credit. I would not have agreed to it...

After paying off loan and monthly fee, they keep calling saying I still owe monthly fees though I am no longer getting loans. No bank continues to ask for money after your debt is paid in full. User’s recommendation: Do NOT use Crestline as a venue for loans.
