SOLD ME WRONG ENGINE,AND IT WAS DEFECTIVE

This co. does NOT stand behind their warrenty, very rude, and unethical. I ordered a engine for a 96 S10 pickup, rear wheel drive. Recieved an engine out of a cavalier, fwd, 97. I could have made this motor work, but I could not get it to turn over. Called the co. was told It couldn,t be,cause they turn the motor over 24 times, for their leak down test. Well they did not test this engine, because it was froze up so I guess that could be a LIE. I sprayed oil in the cylinders and let it set over night, the next day, with a lot of force I finaly got it to turn. I installed the flywheel on the engine, and hooked up the starter, and did a compression test. I was told this engine had 53 thousand miles on it. Well the compression test show 50 pounds #1 cyl. 75lbs #2 cyl 85 lbs on number 3 and 4. The book calls for 130 lbs, and so I thought 100 lbs on a motor with 53 thousand miles, should be about right. So all of this tells me, that the engine has a lot more miles than advertised, could this be another LIE. This co is all about getting your money, and sending you whatever they have on the shelf, they do not test anything. They steam it off and paint it, and good luck to you, because you will not get a tested engine or trans. I firmly believe this, after talking with these people on the phone. When I told the owner person,that the engine wouldn't turn over, her words were "OH WHAT AM I MISSING" what does this mean. She then blamed the shipping co. It did have some shipping damage, but nothing serious. This co. will not work with you at all. The owner person, knows full well that she is in the wrong, that is why they hang up on you, and treat you like your a fool, which I guess I was, because I did buy from them. Just telling you, if you are thinking of buying from this co. do so at your own risk, because if you don't get lucky and get a good part, then you will be screwed.
