Ordered from an ad — supposedly a product that the 5 sharks bought in to. If they did, and it's being run like a scam, out the window goes my respect for the sharks. I was to be charged for $4.95 — shipping and handling, with a 30 day trial. I got it, started using it then checked my bank account. Yes I was charged twice for the shipping and handling, then a few days later there were two charges — the first was for $103.00 and the second for $109.00. I immediately called my bank and they gave me the phone number to call the company (?). I got a run around and they said they would cancel the account, and refund my money to the bank minus 40% per charge. I said no, I did not agree to the charges other than the shipping/handling. After long conversations with people speaking sort-of english, and demanding that I speak to their manager (I never was able to talk to the manager) they said if I would send the product back and they would refund all but $10.00. They called it a "restocking" fee??? From used product??? I have my bank going after them. Do not buy this stuff.
