Shut off by accident and went thru *** to get back on. plus so much more

Took a total of 2 1/2 hours on calls and for 2 days was told to call back the next day each time due to some reason or another. Finally flipped and asked to speak to a mgr. within 10 minutes was back on. Then I got billed for reconnecting service. Also was told to go to the store and would get a Senior discount. Drove 20 minutes and was informed it was only a $1.00 discount and I did not quality because of my income. Would have been nice to be given that information before I drove there. A total of another hour waste of my time
