Charged me for all calls to our number in spite of the fact that none of them where interested in services we actually provide. This is a big SCAM!!! they tell you in the beginning that there is no charge unless it is a legit call. I got 1 person that hung up, 1 person asking where we are located, 1 person that we determined had an inkjet which we dont service (as we told CopierRepairman in the beginning)and 1 person with a Fax machine we dont service. All of these calls where charged and i could NOT get them to reverse the charges.
