service / I am complaining about the very poor handling by harley davidson service team to my motorbike

Harley Davidson collected my motorbike yesterday for passenger seat installation, my motorbike is brilliant new and I keep it neat zero scratches . Because I do trust Harley Davidson as an international company with a very good reputation I have them my motorbike and today while collecting the motorbike I was shocked ! 1- Has a huge scratch on the gas tank 2- all motorbike is full of dust and dirty as they threw it outside the shop the whole night although they have promised me to maintain it in a good condition . This is totally not expected from Harley Davidson and I feel really sad and bad about what happened .
