Service fees after cancelled service

I recently moved out of state and cancelled my service at the start of the month. They sent me my final bill and charged an additional three days and used those three days to charge me for all service fees even though I do not even have service for the month. A supervisor told me they would call me back to figure it out and they did not so I’m assuming they have no intention of giving me my money back that they took from my deposit. Pretty ridiculous.
