So my daughter and I signed up and enjoyed planet beach in Layton Utah for a year. We moved and couldn’t use it anymore so we cancelled. They charged us for two more months- in the contract that we didn’t know about but okay. Then.....every month they charge my card for 4 months until I have to literally cancel my card. I called them explaining how I made a 50 minute trip to cancel on the stupid store kiosk twice. In order to stop the charges. Then the calls started. Going to send you to collections, going to affect your credit etc. I finally blocked them. Now a year later they are harassing my daughter for payment though I always paid for her and I cancelled at the same time as mine. Seriously DO NOT sign up with this company!! They do not care about reason!!
