I purchased a couch with a warranty and am told that the fabric is no longer being manufactured to replace 2 covers. The solution offered is to take a 10% deduction in price and buy a new couch. I do not want to do this. I want my money back. This is the second time in 20 years I have been burned on a warranty with your company.
